01 Timber selection + kiln drying: the foundation of quality
A good floor starts with good timber. fulgent selects fine hardwoods such as black walnut and European oak, screening out insect damage, dead knots, and severe color defects at the source. After arrival, boards go through professional steam kiln drying to control moisture content and release internal stress. It looks simple, yet it is what prevents cracking, cupping, and warping later—so every parquet can stay with the home for years.
02 Precision drafting + cutting: accuracy down to the millimeter
Fine parquet depends on precise cutting. We draw dedicated patterns for each design and cut strips on high-precision CNC equipment so every piece is exact. Only with that discipline can joints close cleanly, patterns align, and gaps or offsets stay out of the finished floor.
03 Hand layout: giving grain its soul
Craftspeople place each piece by hand, adjusting grain direction and tone. Mechanical assembly can feel stiff; hand layout lets natural wood show depth and movement. Every parquet board becomes its own small work of art.
04 Press bonding: strength you can trust
Once assembled, an eco-friendly high-strength adhesive and high-pressure bonding lock the pieces together—tight, without voids or open joints. The structure gains hardness and load capacity, standing up to daily foot traffic and furniture with lasting durability.
05 Fine sanding: a softer feel underfoot
After pressing, multiple sanding passes remove height differences and leave a smooth, warm surface. Comfort underfoot improves, and the finish bonds more evenly—so color stays consistent and the touch feels refined.
06 Six-sided sealed finish: moisture, scratch, and stain resistance
For everyday living, we apply a six-sided sealed finish—face, back, and edges. It helps block moisture, resist daily wear, and protect the natural grain so the floor keeps its look and feel for years.
07 Full inspection & packing: only quality leaves the factory
Before shipping, every board is checked for joint accuracy, finish quality, and dimensions. Approved pieces are packed with full protection so they arrive intact—ready for your home.
